Countdown to event

An invitation for competitors to attend the kick off meeting is included as part of the entry fee. The purpose of the kick off meeting will be to give teams advice and tips for their preparation of the race. In the past this has involved guest speakers talking about a range of topics from psychology, nutrition, training, gear etc.
